Financial Commission’s Board of Directors has appointed Konstantin Koltsov as Commission’s Executive Vice President and Deputy to the CEO as of April 28th, 2014.

Having Specialist Degree in Public Affairs and vast experience in corporate communications in retail and corporate finance, Mr.Koltsov will lead the geographic expansion, focusing on establishing relationships with local regulatory bodies in order to assist them with dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the Financial Commission, Mr. Koltsov spent more than 10 years in banking industry, holding executive positions in such companies as Unicreditbank and Russian Standard Bank.  His career also includes work at leading retail forex broker – Forex Club, where he was responsible for public and government relationships.
