The Financial Commission (financialcommission.org) is pleased to announce its newest member firm Ibinex (www.Ibinex.com) a Cryptocurrency exchange and Liquidity Provider (LP), after a successful membership approval process by our Board of Directors.
Ibinex , which operates an Electronic Communications Network (ECN) provides institutional cryptocurrency liquidity to retail MT4 brokers, by offering execution and pricing in related products such as Bitcoin. (The company’s name IBINEX is an acronym for Intelligent BItcoiN EXchange.)
As traders continuously search for ways to speculate and diversify, during both volatile markets and when trading in major asset classes is less active, cryptocurrencies provide an alternative form of investing/trading – yet choosing the right venue remains a challenge for some retail traders.
In addition, online brokers also find it challenging to find the right places to source cryptocurrency prices and liquidity in order to offer a viable solution to their end users.
Ibinex aims to help meet this challenge in a safe and efficient manner by leveraging its Crypto-ECN business model – that is available via MetaTrader4 (MT4), to best serve brokers and their clients, while maintaining high business standards required by membership with the Financial Commission.
By joining the Financial Commission as a member-firm, clients of Ibinex will have the benefits afforded to them accordingly. In addition, The Financial Commission – will act to mediate complaints and provide outsourced compliance oversight.
Commenting on the announcement, Financial Commission Chairman Peter Tatarnikov explained, “We established an agreement last September with Ibinex to provide certain compliance related services for their business, and also certified the Ibinex platform technology recently, so approving the membership application was easier, and we are delighted to add Ibinex as our first Cryptocurrency LP to join Financial Commission as a member.
IBINEX LTD is domiciled in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and is regulated there by the local FSA, and operates technology with PMO provided by Gallant Partners, and provides Bitcoin Liquidity via the MetaTrader4 platform and as a turn-key-solution for brokers.
The iBinex Cryptocurrency trading technology supports an innovative ECN model that provides a range of order types and risk management, and iBinex can hold client funds and can utilize 3rd party custodians.
