April 18th, 2018, The Financial Commission, a leading member-driven External Dispute Resolution (EDR) organization serving participants in global foreign exchange (forex), derivatives and cryptocurrency markets, today announced the launch of a new offering in the Arabic language. Following the launch, broker member clients will be able to submit any questions or complaints to the Commission directly in Arabic.
Having expanded operations in different regions over the past few years, the Commission’s Board of Directors has made the strategic decision to focus on the Middle-Eastern market and provide brokers and traders dispute resolution and certification services in their native language. The new offering complements the existing 7 languages in which the Commission conducts business: English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Turkish, Thai and Indonesian.
The Commission is sensitive to the needs of all traders and brokages alike and has adapted their dispute resolution process to the local market specifics in the Middle East, including the requirements for interest-free accounts, restrictions on leverage and other unique characteristics of the regional market.
Chairman of the Board, Peter Tatarnikov commented on the news: “We have been exploring the opportunities in the Middle Eastern region for some time now because we see a growing Forex market with brokers launching local operations in the country. We also continue to experience a growing interest from Arabic-speaking traders who seek our help in resolving questions they have about trading, investing and their current broker of choice. So today we have taken an important step forward and will provide traders in the region the same dedicated support that we provide as an organization in other regions.”
To complement the new Arabic language offering, the Commission invites all Middle Eastern brokers to enquire about membership at a special introductory rate.
All existing member brokers and their clients can now use the Arabic language service for their dispute resolution and certification needs.
