OmegaFX and associated website http://www.omegafx.io have recently appeared in a warning issued by Canadian regulator BCSC.
According to the website, the company claims to be registered in Bulgaria and offers FX, CFD, and Crypto trading services, nevertheless, the firm does not have the authority to provide such services in British Columbia.
Canadian regulator noted that OmegaFX accepts funds from BC residents without any authorization from its side and warned traders to pay maximum attention in all dealings with unauthorized brokers which are not registered to trade or advise in British Columbia.
