The FinancialAlysa Group and/or Alysa Finance Holding SA, Société de Gestion de Patrimoine Familial SPF and associated website www.alysa-group.com have recently appeared in a warning issued by Luxembourg regulator CSSF.
The company claims to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), however, according to the regulator the entity is not regulated and does not have any authorization to provide any financial services on or from the territory of Luxembourg.
The regulator specifies that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law, Alysa Finance Holding S.A.- SPF, which ceased its activities on 13 August 2019 is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
