The FinancialThe dual regulatory regime in France – the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) have recently begun efforts to tackle scams and unauthorized firms that solicit french residents. Since taking on this role, the regulators have now earlier this week blocked several websites of unauthorized companies and warned the public of possible scams.
The companies in question are grouped based on the financial products they provide, including Forex and digital asset (crypto) trading.

The AMF regulator indicated that the full list of unauthorized sites is available on the regulator’s website, and emphasized that these domains may change very quickly and that the list is not meant to be exhaustive.
