The FinancialThe Financial Commission has been notified by concerned traders regarding the Facebook group, Telegram channel, and website of Forex Guru.
Upon reviewing the submitted information from potential customers of this purported trading advising and account management service, the Financial Commission has determined that the indicated channels, groups, and associated websites may be used to scam and defraud traders and investors.
United States residents should be aware that such services can only be provided to US persons by licensed Commodity Pool Operators (CPO) registered with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Forex Guru and it’s affiliated social media channels do not provide such licensing information.
As such, the Commission does not recommend to do business with any of the above-mentioned channels and websites, neither individuals purporting to represent Forex Guru on social media and in private messages on popular messaging apps. Given this information, FOREX GURU has been placed on the Financial Commission’s Warning List.
