IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) reported yesterday that it had experienced a major outage, as indicated by its social media and customer support channels. As of the writing of this piece, the technology looks to be operating per normal.

The brokerage has not provided any details about the root cause of the issues experienced by clients. Following the outage, the company indicated to traders that “[they’re] extremely sorry for the issues experienced earlier. Our services have resumed to normal and we are monitoring the status. Please logout and log back in”, IG said.
