Yes. Exness has been an active member of the Financial Commission since 22 July 2021 (membership announcement).
Exness clients can file a complaint with the Financial Commission free of charge. If Exness does not comply with a Financial Commission judgment, the Compensation Fund covers that judgment up to €20,000 per client. The fund does not cover trading losses or broker insolvency.
