Our Compensation Fund does not provide any type of insurance or cover possible losses in trading and is used only in cases when a member firm fails to honor a decision executed in favor of a trader by the Dispute Resolution Committee.
MetaFXGlobal membership was pending since 19 March 2021. On 1 April 2021, the Board decided to expel MetaFXGlobal from membership with the Financial Commission for violation of the Financial Commission Rules and Guidelines. As such, the Financial Commission does not accept complaints from MetaFXGlobal clients and the Compensation Fund cannot be applied to trader complaints.
