Financial Commission Highlights DisputeWatch Registry as Part of New Value-Added Services

The Financial Commission / ข่าวบริษัท / Financial Commission Highlights DisputeWatch Registry as Part of New Value-Added Services

August 28, 2018, The Financial Commission, a leading independent member-driven external dispute resolution (EDR) organization for international online brokerages that participate in global foreign exchange (forex), derivatives, and CFD markets, today announces highlights of the DisputeWatch Registry that is now available to broker members as part of the recently launched “Value-Added” services.

What is DisputeWatch?

DisputeWatch, provided by CurrentDesk, helps combat fraudulent activity among the Forex community. Brokers can create, upload, and monitor watchlists in the community and receive real-time alerts on potential threats, such as chargebacks.

The DisputeWatch registry allows brokers to create and monitor watchlists for possible fraudulent activity in real-time while protecting their clients’ information. When a broker joins DisputeWatch or adds new clients, the community-driven service lets the broker search the Community Registry to see if a client has any matched dispute records.

Benefits for Brokers

Using the data provided by the community, DisputeWatch constantly monitors the watchlist for potential financial threats to the company and sends a notification whenever new disputes are found from people on your watchlist. It then automatically provides a visual match to help the broker see how much of the client’s information matches the information in the Community Registry. This information allows brokers to stop fraudulent transactions and disputes before they happen.

Value-Added Services

DisputeWatch is currently an invite only community. Financial Commission broker members can receive access to DisputeWatch at no charge as part of their membership*. To get access to DisputeWatch or receive more information, please contact the Financial Commission at [email protected]

*The DisputeWatch service is provided as a complimentary invitation-only service. Access to the community is subject to approval by DisputeWatch and to the member being in good standing with the Commission per the Commission’s Rules and Guidelines. Access to the DisputeWatch community is not guaranteed and can be terminated without prior notice at the discretion of DisputeWatch. Access to the service will be canceled for brokers who cease membership with the Financial Commission.
