FomiFX status as an A-category Member of the Financial Commission took effect on October 16, 2018, following the approval of its membership application by the Financial Commission, thus allowing the company and its customers access to a wide range of services and membership benefits including, but not limited to, protection for up to €20,000 per submitted complaint, backed by the Financial Commission’s compensation fund |

为了保持金融委员会成员资格，成员公司必须严格遵守会员规则，

CPFX截止到2018年06月07日自愿撤销金融委员会会员资格之前，所有针对交易商的投诉事件中已经完整履行了作为金融委员会成员的义务。 |
金融委员会宣布自自愿撤销成员公告生效之日起，除重新加入会员资格情况之外，将不再处理关于CPFX的任何新投诉仲裁案件。
此外，由于赔偿基金只能通过争议解决委员会的裁决，供会员单位的客户赔偿使用，CPFX作为非会员单位，其客户将无资格获得金融委员会赔偿基金。 赔偿基金的目的是在特殊情况下帮助保护金融委员会会员单位的客户，由会员费用部分资助。
