Abdulhalim brings over a decade of industry experience and a proven track record in driving strategic growth. His appointment is expected to strengthen Neex’s position in the MENA market andaccelerate the company’s regional expansion efforts.
Abdulhalim joins Neex from UAE-based broker DB Investing, where he served as Chief Business Development Officer. In that role, he developed global growth strategies and enhanced the company’s partner network, resulting in increased client acquisition and stronger brand visibility across emerging markets. He has also held senior positions at AUS Global and STARTRADER, playing a key role in expanding those companies’ operations and market presence throughout the MENA region. Earlier in his career, Abdulhalim worked in leadership roles at international brokers MultiBank and ATFX.
Neex, headquartered in Hong Kong, is licensed in Australia and South Africa, and also maintains an offshore entity in Mauritius. While historically focused on Far East markets, Neex recently established a representative office in Dubai to expand its footprint in the MENA region. Abdulhalim’s appointment follows the company’s recent hiring of London-based Richard Wynn as its new CEO, as Neex continues to bolster its leadership team for global growth.
