Global brokerage TMGM, the Official Regional Partner of Chelsea Football Club, successfully hosted the “The Famous CFC” fan experience event in Bangkok on 1 March, bringing together hundreds of Chelsea supporters from across the Asia-Pacific region.

The highlight of the event was the appearance of Chelsea legend and former captain John Terry, who met fans, shared stories from his career, and participated in interactive activities throughout the evening.

Exclusive VIP Meet & Greet with John Terry

Ahead of the main celebration, TMGM organized an exclusive VIP Meet & Greet session on 28 February. Selected guests had the opportunity to interact closely with John Terry in a more intimate setting.

The session included photo opportunities, personal conversations with the Chelsea icon, and exclusive giveaways jointly presented by TMGM and Chelsea.

These activities helped build anticipation for the main fan experience event the following day.

A Full Evening of Fan Engagement

The main event on 1 March coincided with Chelsea’s Premier League away match against Arsenal, turning the gathering into a full football-themed celebration.

Event Highlights

  • 19:30 – Doors opened as fans entered a Chelsea-themed venue filled with photo areas and interactive displays.
  • 20:40 – Official event opening and stage programme.
  • 20:40–23:15 – Entertainment including live music, fan quizzes, raffles, and interactive stage games.
  • Q&A with John Terry – The Chelsea legend shared memories from his career and insights into iconic club moments.
  • 23:30 – Match screening began for Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Arsenal.

Fans watched the match together in a dedicated viewing area, creating an atmosphere that connected Bangkok with Stamford Bridge through a shared passion for football.

Strengthening the TMGM–Chelsea Partnership

The Bangkok event marks another milestone in the ongoing partnership between TMGM and Chelsea Football Club.

Previous fan activations included former Chelsea defender Gary Cahill’s appearance in Kuala Lumpur, and the “The Famous CFC” series aims to deepen engagement with supporters across Asia-Pacific.

John Rogers, Head of Global Partnerships at Chelsea FC, highlighted the importance of initiatives that bring the club closer to its global fan base.
